Welcome to the BLDG 412 Student Ministry page of Maranatha Baptist Church. BLDG 412 stands for Building Lives Devoted to God and is based on 1Timothy 4:12. Our mission is to reach, teach, and train our youth so that they are equipped to Live Intentionally For Eternity. We set out to do this in a culturally relevant environment that does not compromise the Truth of God’s Word and holds to the foundations of our faith.  Be sure to check out the Upcoming Events section and the Parents Section at the bottom of this page

We currently offer the following as a part of our youth ministry:

  • A monthly L.I.F.E. Group for students that is held on the first Sunday evening of every month at 5:00 pm
  • A weekly small group Sunday School class that meets each Sunday morning at 10:00 am
  • A monthly activity (see the upcoming events button at the bottom of the page for upcoming activities)

Please take a minute to acquaint yourself with the resources we have provided for our students and parents on this site.

 Resources For Parents

Plugged In Online is a Focus on the Family publication designed to shine a light on the world of popular entertainment while giving families the essential tools they need to understand, navigate and impact the culture in which they live.

Each month, Plugged In Online is visited about 1 million times by people looking for detailed information about what's really in popular movies, videos, TV episodessongs and games. Entertainment industry ratings only tell you so much. We go deeper, diving into specific content and the meaning behind it.

Below are forms needed to participate in the Teen activities of MBC.  The Emergecy Medical Form only needs to be completed once.  The Permission Form must be completed for each activity not on the church property.

                          Emergency Medical Form

                          Generic Permission Slip

Parenting is hard work.  Everyday new questions come to your mind.  Am I doing this right?  How will my teens turn out?  Will they ever talk to me again?  Are there any answers?  Is there anyone to help?  Focus On The Family has put together a page of resources to help answer these tough questions.  Whatever situation you and your teen are facing, you are likely to find some help on this site.

While MBC does not necessarly endorse everything you will find on this site, we support this organization's desire to help build Godly Families.
