Welcome to the Men's Ministry page of Maranatha Baptist Church.  Below you will find information about our upcoming events as well as Men's Ministry opportunities. 

 We are excitied about the MBC Men's Ministry.  We desire that the men of MBC be:                            

            1- men of God's Word.

            2- men of prayer.

            3- leaders in the home.

            4- actively serving in the church.

            5- open to accountabilty through regular fellowship.

 To help us accomplish these goals, there are several ministry opportunities for men. 

	L.I.F.E. Groups are the small group ministry of MBC.  We are striving to live intentionally for eternity.  These small groups are made up of 4-6 individuals who meet once a month to discuss God's Word as well as issues specific to that group.  Each group is comprised of individuals of the same gender and in the same stage of life.
	Each Thrusday eavening at 6:45 we have a group of men who meet and play basketball at the church gym.
	Each Fall we will offer our first Men's golf outing.  We hold this event near the end of September. It is always a great time of fun together.
	We offer a quarterly Men's Prayer Breakfast. This is always a great time of fellowship around a hot breakfast and genuine time of prayer with and for each other.
	There are many opportunities for men to serve at MBC.  Currently we have men serving as deacons, ushers, greeters, Sunday School teachers, choir members, children's ministry workers, and leaders in other minitries.  We encourage our men to get plugged in.
